Unless otherwise identified, the PiVily name, visual identity, original editorial content, programme materials, and website design are owned by or licensed to Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC. 02
Educational and professional-information disclaimer
PiVily provides general education, professional dialogue, and public-source industry perspective. Nothing on this website, in an email, resource, newsletter, event, GPS session, Forum discussion, or partnership communication constitutes legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, quality, employment, or organization-specific pharmacovigilance advice.
Use of PiVily does not create a consultant-client, professional-client, fiduciary, employment, or other advisory relationship. Users remain responsible for verifying current requirements and obtaining appropriately qualified advice for their facts, jurisdiction, organization, product, study, case, licence, or decision.
PiVily works to support accuracy but does not warrant that all information is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every context. Use of the website and its resources is at the user's discretion and risk to the extent permitted by law.
03
Editorial standards and independence
PiVily prioritizes authoritative public or approved sources, clear attribution, responsible interpretation, relevant disclosures, and separation between education and organization-specific advice. Material factual errors may be corrected, updated, or removed when identified.
Sponsored or brand-supported work must be identified where appropriate and must not purchase a predetermined editorial conclusion. PiVily may decline content, speakers, partners, or funding that compromise professional credibility, audience value, independence, or safety.
04
Contributor and community submissions
Submitting an idea, commentary proposal, resource, regulatory update, topic, biography, or other material does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, compensation, or a response. Submitters must have the right to share what they provide and must disclose relevant affiliations or interests.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, embargoed, patient-identifiable, personal health, trade-secret, employer-sensitive, or unlawfully obtained information. If a contribution is selected, publication rights, edits, credit, review, timing, and any commercial terms will be agreed before publication.
05
Forum and participation terms
PiVily Forum is a selective peer-learning community for current pharmacovigilance and safety professionals. A request to join is not an entitlement to admission, and access may be declined, paused, or removed to protect the community's purpose and members.
Participants must communicate respectfully, protect confidentiality, avoid harassment and discrimination, respect intellectual property, and never share patient-identifiable, proprietary, confidential, or employer-sensitive information. Promotional solicitation, recruitment spam, impersonation, recording without permission, and presenting peer discussion as authoritative advice are not permitted.
Views expressed by members or guests are their own and are not automatically endorsed by PiVily, their employers, or other participants. Third-party community platforms may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
06
Privacy notice
PiVily collects information that people voluntarily provide through website forms, email, programme requests, proposals, and inquiries. Depending on the interaction, this may include a name, email address, professional role, organization, location or time zone, career stage, learning interests, availability, professional profile links, and the content of a message.
PiVily uses this information to respond, assess eligibility or fit, design learning experiences, understand audience needs, administer programmes and community access, send requested updates, manage relationships, maintain records, and protect platform integrity. Learning-interest answers may be analysed in aggregate as programme-design data points.
PiVily does not sell personal information. Form submissions are stored in the website's first-party database and may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, email, scheduling, storage, or community operations, subject to their terms and appropriate operational controls. Programme, community, contributor, and partnership records are typically retained for two to three years unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably necessary for the purpose, consent, legal obligation, dispute, or recordkeeping need.
The website records limited first-party usage events such as page views, selected calls to action, and successful form submissions. These records include the page, event label, and time, and are used in aggregate to understand website performance. PiVily does not use these events to build individual profiles and does not currently set third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or unsubscribe from non-essential email updates, by contacting PiVily. Legal rights can vary by location and may be subject to verification and applicable exceptions. Requests and participation forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
07
External sources, platforms, and links
The PV Resource Directory, Regulatory Source Directory, professional profiles, social channels, and other parts of the site link to third-party resources. Their owners control their content, availability, security, accessibility, cookies, and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, completeness, or continuing availability.
